in one year …

As a Mother's Day gift to myself, I am going through my photographs of my family from the last year. I wish I could say I take millions of photographs of my kids.  But the truth is, for a variety of reasons (you don't need to hear my sob story, we are all busy), I take surprisingly few photos of them.  But like any parent, I really cherish the photos I have of them. I did a blog post about Dane when he turned four. Recently my "baby" turned two, so  I wanted to share some of my favorite shots of sweet Nellie from her second year.  I especially love these first two photos, as I feel like they sum up so much about this year for her.  NELLIE2YRS001
